Grew the business to full-time voice actor in 2022, doubling my client roster and quadrupling revenue in my first year.

Excel in high-quality deadline driven projects including audio recording, editing, mixing and mastering; provide video editing and graphic design services when required.

Director, Brand + Digital Marketing   |  2003-2022

Supervised a staff of 8 Designers, Developers and Production Specialists who provided worldwide support for a $2B dollar technical services organization. Consulted with internal clients to clarify the message and desired results of their communications, delegate resources as needed and monitor all jobs through delivery. Ensured corporate brand standards were enforced on all digital and print collateral including brochures, e-books, advertisements, e-mail communications and apps.  

  • Global Implementation of Creative Support Tools: Digital Asset Management Systems (DAM), corporate brand guidelines, branded merchandise stores and print on demand systems.
     

  • ​ Management Experience: In-house and contracted resources including graphic designers, copywriters, UI and UX developers, photographers, printers, advertising agencies and offshore support.
     

  • Assisted in selecting advertising agencies for the corporation as required. Reviewed proposals and presented final recommendations in relation to each agency’s capability to creatively reposition the corporation as a technical services consultancy. Collaborated with agencies and other department leaders on deliverables that require cross-functional support.
     

  • Continually monitored quality and quantity of work produced by graphic design staff. Directed individual career development by defining employee strengths while isolating and improving weak or problematic areas. Encouraged training in design technologies, marketing techniques and industry trends.
